This is how you make leather cuffs for BDSM.

You need: straps, eyelets, clamps, rings, leather, and a knife

I had these straps from old clothing so I did not need to put the eyelets in myself, but if you have just the fabric straps, just use a hammer and an eyelet tool, but this is mostly for aesthetics.
